  6. Q: I’m having difficulty viewing the Web site; what can I do?

    A:

    1. Be sure that you are using the latest browsers for your system.

Systems Browsers (click links below for latest version)
Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP Internet Explorer, Firefox
      Mac OS X Safari (10.3 - Panther), Safari (10.4 - Tiger), Firefox

    2. This site uses the Adobe Flash plug-in for presentations and navigation. Be sure to download the latest free version. See "What is the Adobe Flash plug-in?" for more information about Flash.

    3. Check your internet connection speed. Some activities such as Flash-based presentations require modem speeds of 56k and higher. If presentations load or play slowly, you may need a faster connection such as DSL, cable, or T1.

If you're still having problems viewing this site, please contact us.

  7. Q: What is the Adobe Flash plug-in?

A: The Adobe (formerly Macromedia) Flash Plug-in allows users to play documents that have been created using Adobe Flash software in your browser. Flash provides interactivity, rich media such as audio and video, and animation all in one plug-in. All the presentations on this site require the Flash plug-in. This is the only plug-in required for the MedEdMentoring site. The Flash plug-in is free and can be downloaded here.
